We living in the generation that if you not doing is not happening. That’s the “rule” in todays society. Majority are posting but not executing behind the scenes. Eventually people will catch up to your bullshit. I know people that are working like for real and not posting and that’s fine, just like I know people working and posting, people posting and not working. Social media is the new marketing tool, yes is true but if your marketing tool is a fraud, shit won’t last.
If you follow me on my Instagram, you’ll see I have been posting more of my profession. I have way more confidence in my craft then ever before mind you I’ve been in this game for 9 years and I feel like I’m just getting started. There was a period kind of, sort of, a bit , fall back because I was overwhelmed with personal issues and working non stop with out any personal build u got to me. Last year I found myself in a place of where do I belong in this industry/ what’s my purpose in this industry? Once I figured it out everything started coming together. I had to find my voice and along the way I’ve learned more about my craft and still when I feel I learned enough, something new pops up. Ill post pretty cake pictures and all that however it took several times before I got it right and took many executions. The point is study your craft , know your shit, execute and motivate the rest don’t just post for likes and stay humble in the process. As I’m writing this I am looking for mothers day cake recipe, researching starting a bakery guidelines and planning out my week. You can post nothing wrong it but remember execute it is more important.
